Affording Winters Park Academy
We recognize that enrolling your child at our school is an important decision for your family.
We provide several flexible payment plans. We are actively pursuing to be an approved school for the Texas Education Freedom Account program and the Texas Rising Star PK-K program.
Families also benefit from a 10% discount for siblings, First Responders & Military personnel. We have limited scholarships available; they are given out first come first serve, early enrollment ensures you will get financial help. Pk 8am-3pm
K-5th grade 8am to 4pm
Drop off window starts at 7:30am.
After school care available till 6pm.
New Student Enrollment:
All new students must pay one-time nonrefundable new student fee of $800 due upon enrollment; this holds your spot.
Annual Renewal Fee:
All students must pay an annual nonrefundable re-enrollment fee of $500 each February.
Annual Base Tuition:
Annual Base Tuition includes snacks (for Pre-K & Kinder), lunch, supplies, books, laptop/tablet, field trips, and lab supplies.
After School Care:
Afterschool care 3-6pm for Pre-K cost is $350 for 3 Day & $400 for 5 day PK. Afterschool care $400 monthly for K-5th for 4-6pm. Cost includes snack, tutoring, outdoor playtime and multiple options to engage in after school clubs: chess, robotics, rockets and coding. Not included in your base tuition.
Assessment Fee:
Applicants for new students in Grades 1-5 will incur a $225 assessment fee. The Winters Park Academy Admissions Assessment is comprised of the Bracken, WPPSI IV, the WISC V, and the MAP, based on your student's age. The results of these assessments provide detailed information about a student’s learning style, working memory, and processing speed, as well as other executive functioning skills necessary for academic success at Winters Park. These assessments are used by our faculty to better understand the student’s unique learning styles and strengths.
Uniforms:
Tuition does not cover uniforms, these can be purchased by our supplier, on their website. We will have a small selection in the office. More information to come.
Payment Plans:
Tuition payments cover 9 months of education from August through May. First payment is due June 1 or the following month after enrolling if enrolling after August. Tuition must be paid in full before end of school year (May). Payment plans include pay-in-full, bi-monthly and monthly split (9 equal payments). Tuition is pro-rated for students enrolling after October 1, and payment plans adjusted. All payments are processed online through Bright Wheel Tuition Management. Scholarships will be given out first come first serve.

How Do I Enroll at WPA?
Steps to Enroll at Winters Park Academy

Book a Tour online or attend one of our upcoming Family Informational Open Houses so we can meet you and your child.

Fill out Enrollment Application, available via enrollment link and pay the enrollment fee through Bright Wheel.

Submit your completed student enrollment packet to WPA Enrollment Director with the required student documents within 30 days of your Enrollment application submission or you may be waitlisted, younger classes fill up fast.

Set up Auto tuition payments through Bright Wheel. Flexible payments available for 2026/2027 school year.

You will receive a welcome packet from Winters Park welcoming you to our school. This will have school year information and our Welcome event held in the summer.
