Base Tuition:
Base Tuition includes lunch, snacks (for Pre-K & Kinder), supplies and books, laptop/tablet, field trips and lab supplies.                                     
 

After School Care:

Afterschool care 3-6pm for Pre-K cost is $350. 4-6pm K - 5th costs $400 monthly. Cost includes snack, tutoring, outdoor playtime and multiple options to engage in after school clubs: chess, robotics, rockets and coding. Not included in your base tuition.  

Assessment Fee:

Applicants for new students in Grades 1-5 will incur a $225 assessment fee. The Winters Park Academy Admissions Assessment is comprised of the Bracken, WPPSI IV, the WISC V, and the MAP, based on your student's age. The results of these assessments provide detailed information about a student’s learning style, working memory, and processing speed, as well as other executive functioning skills necessary for academic success at Winters Park. These assessments are used by our faculty to better understand the student’s unique learning styles and strengths.                                    

School Hours:

8am to 4pm | Monday - Friday

Parents can drop off as early as 7:30am at no charge.                                    

Uniforms:

Tuition does not cover uniforms, these can be purchased by our supplier, on their website. We will have a small selection in the office. More information to come. 

                                 
Payment Plans:

Tuition payments cover 9 months of education from August through May. Payments begin in April or the following month after enrollment if after April and tuition must be paid in full by December. Payment plans include pay-in-full or monthly split (9 equal payments). Payments plans are adjusted for students enrolling after June and pro-rated tuition for students enrolling after September 30. All payments are processed online through brightwheel Management.
